2023 Rate SCHEDULE

Meeting Design & Facilitation

Whether meeting in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, we design and facilitate collaborative processes to foster creativity across systems.

Facilitation: Virtual or In-Person

$150-300/hr

We also charge for planning time. It is a good idea to anticipate that planning will be at least two or three times as much as the meeting run time.

Production Support

$100/hr

For online meetings.

Graphic Recording

Graphic recording is the art of illustrating salient points of a discussion in real-time to help people see what's being said and make connections. Graphic recording can be done in person, on large sheets of paper, or virtually. In a virtual setting, we can live-stream the illustration or share periodic updates on the image as your meeting unfolds.

Virtual or In-Person

$350-400/hr

$500 minimum.

Asynchronous Recording

$295/hr

You send us a video recording and we create illustrations.

+ Timelapse Animation

+$300/graphic

Currently available for virtual graphic recording only.

Illustration & Design Services

We create worksheets, workbooks, and maps to enhance reflection, as well as illustrations to illustrate complex ideas. This is most often done as part of our role as graphic facilitators and graphic recorders in a meeting or conference. Most illustration work will have some restrictions with regard to retail distribution and commercial purposes. Unlimited usage rights are subject to additional fees.

Studio Services

$80-150/hr

$1,500 minimum.

Coaching and Shadow Consulting

Chrissie Bonner offers one-on-one coaching and shadow consulting to facilitators looking for creative advice to enhance engagement in their own practice, professionals seeking guidance in choosing "a more creative" career, and aspiring graphic facilitators hoping to launch or grow their own businesses. A 45-minute discovery call is free with zero obligation to book subsequent sessions.

Coaching

$60-80/hr

One 45-minute discovery call is free.

Who is your "typical" client? Do you have a special area of expertise?

Several of us are based in Philadelphia, PA, but we are increasingly national and international as a team. We do most in-person work across PA, NJ, NY, and Baltimore/Washington, D.C., but we also travel to other parts of the country and world.

Please drop us a line if you are curious about having us come to your next gathering.

Do you do logos or websites?

Do you do other kinds of art, animation or comics?

That is another good question. We've thought about this a lot. We use visuals to advance planning and learning processes. Usually, that is done as a part of our role in a meeting as graphic facilitators or graphic recorders.

Some clients incorporate images inspired by our process into logos, reports, letterhead, and other marketing material, but we are not a graphic design firm.

Do you do other kinds of art, animation or comics?

Yes! But we typically stick to illustrations designed to help people plan or to educate people. We also work with animators to get your illustrations moving!

If you have a project in mind and aren’t sure if it’s a fit, just give us a call.
