"Through my work and near-obsession with self-discovery, I identified a belief that was genuinely haunting me that I would like to share with you, dear friends. It is the belief that given my status socially, my gifts, my overall health and well-being, and my privilege...I should be a more fulfilled and happy person.
Sound familiar? Maybe you've had this thought too. In pursuing tools to help build muscle around my uncertainty, I’ve discovered from The Work of Byron Katie that "the truth" is never what we think it should be..."

“This may only be a dream of mine. But I think it can be made real” - Ella Baker
Creativity lives in everyone through humor, design, dance, language, writing, play, and more. As creative leaders, we can create environments where everyone can learn, experiment, and do their best thinking. It is essential to cultivate creativity, possibility, and resilience in times of crisis; by expanding our model of understanding; self, system, and field; moments in time, patterns over time, and the confluence of circumstances that make up "the right time."
You are innately creative. Fully stepping into your creativity may take some courage.
In this experiential and engaging 2-hour workshop, we'll explore what it means to cultivate our own creativity, so others may do the same.
Run Time: 2 Hours

"I only design and facilitate sessions around topics that I don’t fully understand and want to learn more about, about things I don’t think I know, and that I’m always trying to learn more about. And that is how I kind of how we'll end up together here! Creativity is one such topic.
I’ll share my perspectives on what it is, our relationship with it, and some principles and practical interventions for weaving more of it into your work and life. And you’ll bring your own ideas too. We’ll do this with a blend of presentation, time for reflection, and time for interaction."
