It has never been easier to deceive ourselves, to be stuck – whether in a relationship with another person, in an unwanted habit, or in a career or uncertain financial future.
This workshop combines the book Unstuck with reflection tools so that you'll come away with some awareness, clarity, and energy for what is next for you.
A prototype is an experiment designed for learning. They are easy to implement, relevant, and give you the clues you need to pursue further action or change course. Prototypes are micro-interventions that help us get out of our heads into the future with renewed energy.
We discuss the tools for putting things in perspective and taking tangible steps forward through prototyping actions and mindsets.
Creating space for you to map your own creative journey that builds on your successes from the past.
Map your own creative journey that builds on successes and events from the past. You will visualize and define what threshold needs to be crossed in order to move into their highest possible future.
Everyone is on their own journey with Truth.
This workshop will help you to identify beliefs that are causing you discomfort or anxiety and notice a variety of other truths around them that are just as true, if not more true, so that your brain has a greater variety of thoughts and truths to feast on.
We'll also practice getting better at "seeing what we don't see," and embracing paradox and nuance.
Open Space provides just enough structure for participants to talk with each other about what deeply interests them.
Open Space runs on Four Principles:
• Whoever comes are the right people.
• Whenever it starts is the right time.
• Whatever happens, is the only thing that could have.
• When it’s over, it’s over.
A highly interactive workshop on cultivating creativity in yourself and others.
“This may only be a dream of mine. But I think it can be made real” - Ella Baker
Creativity lives in everyone through humor, design, dance, language, writing, play, and more. As creative leaders, we can create environments where everyone can learn, experiment, and do their best thinking. It is essential to cultivate creativity, possibility, and resilience in times of crisis; by expanding our model of understanding; self, system, and field; moments in time, patterns over time, and the confluence of circumstances that make up "the right time."
You are innately creative. Fully stepping into your creativity may take some courage.
